The Fine Print
By booking a ride with Bali Vanbar, you agree to the following:
1. Booking & Payment
All bookings are personal and confirmed only after payment is received.
Prices are per person and include the selected refreshment package for the duration of the trip (1.5 – 2 hours).
2. Punctuality
Our Motion Lounge rolls on time! Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before departure.
Late arrivals may result in a missed trip, and tickets are non-refundable in the event of a “no-show.”
3. Safety & Conduct
Age Limit: To ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all guests, children must be at least 9 years old to join the ride.
Your safety is our priority. Please remain seated while the bus is in motion and follow the crew’s instructions at all times.
We love a good party, but aggressive behavior or excessive intoxication will not be tolerated. Our crew reserves the right to refuse service or end the ride for anyone violating this.
4. Damage & Liability
Any intentional damage to the van’s interior, sound system, or furniture will be the financial responsibility of the guest.
Bali Vanbar is not responsible for any lost or stolen personal items during the trip.
5. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the trip are non-refundable. For earlier cancellations, please contact us via WhatsApp to discuss rescheduling.
